USI Developer Kit request form

This form is to be completed by SMS Developers interacting with the Office of the Student Identifiers Registrar (OSIR)

Important: Before you complete the form, you must first have obtained the Digital Partnership Office (DPO) Authentication Kit and accepted their terms and conditions.

If you have previously applied for and been emailed a USI Developer Kit, you do not need to complete this form again. Please email IT@usi.gov.au
