Our new videos give providers and students a clear and informative introduction to the USI and VET transcript service.

Make the move to USI webservices version 4

USI webservices version 3 was decommissioned on Wednesday 3 November 2021. A new webservices version 4 went live on 30 September 2020. All providers need to move to the latest version if they use the USI Registry System through their student management system.

Providing your USI

Once higher education students have created a USI, they need to provide it to their university at enrolment. Higher education students are asked not to use the USI email option in the Student Portal, as each university has a different process to supply a USI.

New USI VET transcript now available!

We are pleased to announce the enhanced USI VET transcript, which now includes a QR code that provides students a contemporary way to allow third parties to view their training records in a professional looking design.
