The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) has cancelled the registration of the following Registered Training Organisations (RTOs):
- Luvium Pty Ltd (trading as Australia Education & Career College)
- Gills College Australia Pty Ltd (trading as Elite College Australia and/or Stirling Business College)
- International Institute of Education and Training Pty Ltd (trading as EDU VET)
If you received a Notice of Intent from ASQA regarding a qualification or statement of attainment from any of these RTOs during the affected period, you will need to follow the instructions outlined in the Notice of Intent.

What is a Unique Student Identifier (USI)?
A USI is your individual education number for life. It also gives you an online record of your vocational education and training (VET) undertaken in Australia.
If you're at university, TAFE or doing other nationally recognised training, you need a USI. Without one, you can't get Commonwealth financial assistance or your qualification or statement of attainment.
