Our contact centre can help you with your USI.

It is open between 8:30am and 4:30pm Australian Central Daylight Time (ACDT), Monday to Friday (excluding national and South Australian public holidays).

Translation services

Call 131 450 for the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) if English isn’t your first or preferred language. Ask TIS National to call us on 1300 857 536.

National Relay Service

If you are deaf, hard of hearing and/or have a speech impairment you can use the National Relay Service (NRS) for help to make and receive phone calls.
