If you need to update your personal or contact details, you can do this through your USI account login.

You need 1 form of identification to update your first name, last name or date of birth.

Have you completed and submitted an evidence of identity form?

If no, and your query relates to ID documents, please complete the Incarcerated Students Evidence of Identity form and email to forms@usi.gov.au

If no, and your query relates to ID documents, please complete our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples Evidence of Identity Form and email it to forms@usi.gov.au.

Translation Services 

If you have difficulty speaking or understanding English call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 131 450 for the cost of a local call. 

Ask TIS National to call the department on the appropriate number listed above. Alternatively, contact us on 1300 857 536 and we can connect with TIS while you are on the phone, and resolve your USI enquiry. 

National Relay Service

The National Relay Service (NRS) is a government initiative that allows people who are deaf, hard of hearing and/or have a speech impairment to make and receive phone calls.
