        What is shown on your VET transcript
The front page of your VET transcript contains:
- collection period of training
 - student’s verified name
 - completed VET qualifications and the training organisations that issued it
 - completed VET units and modules and the training organisations that delivered it
 - funding sources of any units, modules or subjects
 - outcomes achieved from any units, modules or subjects
 - enrolment periods.
 
The last page of your VET transcript contains:
- a transcript disclaimer
 - explanatory notes, to describe the abbreviated values used in the transcripts.
 
What isn't covered on your VET transcript
Your VET transcript doesn’t show:
- higher education qualifications
 - training not nationally recognised (even if delivered by a Registered Training Organisation)
 - training completed overseas with a non-Australian provider
 - training submitted to National Centre for Vocational Education Research or a State Training Authority without a USI
 - training completed before 2015
 - training commenced after data reported within the relevant current quarter
 - training outcomes that changed after the last relevant annual or quarterly submission date.
 
VET training delivered in a single day or less and undertaken before 2018 may not show on a VET transcript. This is due to a temporary exemption that occurred.
