System outages

Information for stakeholders affected by USI registry system outages

Current releases and outages

Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) will be unavailable between 11:30pm (AEST) Tuesday 30 September 2025 and 7:00am (AEST) Wednesday 1 October 2025 to allow the ATO to undertake system maintenance.

USI Registry System upgrade

We’re undertaking a major infrastructure upgrade to support future service delivery.

Outage period

Our services will be unavailable from 7:00pm AEST Friday 10 October 2025 to 7:00pm AEST Sunday 12 October 2025.  

What this means for you

During this time, you won’t be able to access the USI Registry System to create, find or verify a USI. Please plan accordingly if you rely on our services for time-sensitive activities.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we complete this upgrade.
