Complaints about training

To make a complaint about the training, behaviour or administrative practices of an education or training provider, contact the National Training Complaints Hotline on 13 38 73 (select option 4).

How to report fraud and corruption

If you suspect fraud, non-compliance or unlawful conduct in relation to the USI or the Office of the Student Identifiers Registrar you can report it via the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations:

  • email fraud@dewr.gov.au
  • phone (02) 6240 8888, where you can leave a detailed voicemail message and contact details
  • anonymously – report through the online reporting tool, Whispli
  • public interest disclosure – current and former public officials can report disclosable conduct, including fraud and corruption, to an Authorised Officer by contacting PID@dewr.gov.au.
