VET transcripts – training organisation FAQs
When can a training organisation make changes to a student’s USI transcript?
Training organisations can only make corrections or update records of training that they have delivered and actioned via the USI Transcript Update Tool. They cannot change the training records completed at a different training organisation.
If the issuing training organization is no longer operating, the relevant VET regulator may be able to assist in some circumstances.
Find training organisation regulators.
Depending on the state where the training organisation is registered, the VET regulator could be one of the following:
- Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA)
- Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA)
- Western Australian Training Accreditation Council (WA TAC)
