System Access Request
Submit a System Access Request to set up organisation access to the USI Registry System.
This request enables your organisation to interact with the USI through:
- the USI Organisation Portal
- a direct connection with your Student Management System (SMS) using Web Services
- both (Organisation Portal and Web Services).
Please note: All individual authorisations to access the USI Registry System on behalf of your organisation are managed through Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM).

VET bodies requesting access
Organisations working within the VET system can use this form to request access to the USI Registry System.
Organisations within the VET system may be defined as:
- VET Admission Bodies (VABs) including
- government or non-government schools
- correctional facilities
- Apprentice Connect Australia Providers contracted by the Commonwealth
- Organisations who are listed on the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporations register and are currently active and who support students undertaking a VET delivered program may be eligible to qualify
- VET Related Bodies (VRBs) including
- state or commonwealth departments that deal with VET matters including funding
- VET regulators.
