There are 4 ways to reset your password:
A link to reset your password will be sent to the email address connected to your USI account. This link is only active for 10 minutes. Check your spam/junk mail folder if the email doesn’t arrive in your inbox.
A 6-digit PIN to reset your password will be sent to the mobile number connected to your USI account. This link is only active for 10 minutes.
You need to know the answers to your security questions. The answers must have identical spelling and formatting to what you first used when setting your security questions.
You need to have a valid form of identification.
