Sharing a USI

Sharing your USI with your education or training provider allows them to verify your USI to issue your qualification, award, testamur or statement of attainment. 

Both emailing or printing a USI displays the following account holder details:

• the USI
• first name
• middle name (if applicable)
• last name
• date of birth.

Emailing a USI

You can select the 'email USI' option to provide your USI by email to multiple email addresses separated by a comma.

Printing a USI

You can select the ‘print USI’ option to provide your USI as a printed document.  This function is also available to providers who create USIs on behalf of their students.
