If you can't find what you need on this website, our contact centre can help you with your USI.

The contact centre is open between 8:30am and 4:30pm Australian Central Standard Time (ACST), Monday to Friday (excluding national and South Australian public holidays).

To protect USI information and your privacy, we cannot action account holder requests through emails.

Translation services

To speak to us in your preferred language, we can arrange a translating and interpreting service when you contact us.

This service through TIS National is only available for USI during our contact centre business hours. Please do not try to use TIS for USI outside of these hours.

National Relay Service

The National Relay Service (NRS) is a phone solution for those who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech communication difficulty.

If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech communication difficulty, choose your access option and provide our phone number 1300 857 536 when asked by the relay officer.
