The USI Office hosted a webinar on 6 December 2017 at 2 pm AEDT. The webinar provided useful information on:
- How to make your 2017 reporting of USIs AVETMISS complaint - Handy Reporting Tips
- Understanding new USI Registry System enhancements
- Changes that will affect your reporting - Vet Data Policy/AVETMISS updates
- Ensuring your web services will work with the upcoming AUSkey changes
It also featured guest speakers from the Australian Taxation Office on AUSkey and the Department of Education and Training on the new National VET Data Policy.
NCVER USI Transcript Update Tool: Demo and Q&A Session
NCVER hosted a webinar on using the USI Transcript Update Tool on Wednesday 24 May 2017 at 2pm AEST.
This webinar provided a brief detailed demonstration on how to use NCVER’s free USI Transcript Update Tool, which was created to enable RTOs to manually update their clients’ USI Transcripts. Presenters shared some of their favourite tips and tricks for using the tool, and after the demonstration ran a Q&A session with participants.
USI Transcript Service Activation Webinar
The USI Office presented a webinar about the USI Transcript Service Activation on Friday 12 May at 2pm AEST.
This webinar provided information on how the transcript service will work for training providers and students. It also provided important information about how training providers will need to respond to student queries about their transcript.
The USI Transcript Service Trial Activation webinar
The USI Office and NCVER presented a webinar on 6 December 2016 covering information on the USI Transcript Service and the new USI Transcript Service Update Tool.
It was a good opportunity for training providers to have their questions answered. The webinar was primarily targeted towards staff who manage enrolments and data reporting for their provider.
