Organisation support materials
A range of helpful resources have been developed specifically for training providers to assist with all things related to the USI process and the USI Transcript Service. Here training providers will find handy resources such as User Quick Guides, fact sheets, instructional videos, resources for their students and past webinar recordings.
Each category of resources covers useful information on the different aspects of the USI and Transcript Service such as creating a USI, verifying a USI, searching for a USI, USI Registry System connectivity, accessing and downloading a USI Transcript and responding to inaccurate transcript queries from students.
