You will need to seek permission from your student to relay their USI to the co-provider. You should also inform your students of the co-provider who is delivering the first aid training so they are aware who they are. Alternatively, you could also encourage your students to provide both your RTO and a co-provider RTO with permission (within their USI account) to view and/or update their details.

RTOs can now elect to report quarterly into the National Provider Collections, regardless of how the training was funded.
RTOs in receipt of government funding must continue to report as per state requirements. For more information on reporting government-funded training activity, see the AVETMISS: Quarterly Reporting fact sheet.
The quarterly collection windows open four weeks after the end of the quarter, and remain open for a two week period. The collection periods for 2018 are available here on the NCVER website.

Can I use the USI Transcript as evidence for Credit Transfer?Close the Can I use the USI Transcript as evidence for Credit Transfer? FAQ item.
Yes, RTOs can use the USI Transcript as evidence when assessing eligibility for credit transfer.
Standard 3.5 of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 identifies the requirements for the acceptance and provision of Credit Transfer. An authenticated VET transcript (USI Transcript) issued by the Registrar can be used as evidence for the assessment of credit transfer for units of competency and/or modules (unless licencing or regulatory requirements prevent this). This means RTOs should continue to exercise due diligence when assessing a student’s eligibility for credit transfer but can now use the online version of the USI Transcript by asking students to give them permission to view their transcript.
Note: RTOs regulated by the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) should contact their Regulator for further advice.
