You can request a partial transcript, that is, a transcript that includes information about only some of the training you did. You can do this by clicking the deselection box against each unit of competency, module or each qualification when requesting the transcript. In this case the transcript will include a label to explain that it is a ‘partial transcript’.
If you give permission to a training provider or VET authority to view your transcript, they will always be able to see your full transcript. You cannot create a partial online transcript for them to view.

What will quarterly data include?Close the What will quarterly data include? FAQ item.
As a general rule data reported quarterly to NCVER through State Training Authorities will be available quarterly in the USI Transcript, and data reported to NCVER annually will be available annually in the USI Transcript.
Most government funded training and a small quantity of fee-for-service (or privately funded training) is reported by training providers quarterly to NCVER through their State Training Authorities. Generally fee-for service (or privately funded training) is reported annually.
All Training Organisations can now elect to report on a quarterly basis to the National Provider Collections, regardless of how the training was funded.
When Training Organisations submit training data quarterly, students will have their USI Transcripts updated more frequently with nationally recognised training appearing on USI Transcripts around six weeks after each quarterly collection period.
The training provider delivering training can confirm whether their data is reported quarterly or annually.
Data will be released following processing by State Training Authorities and the NCVER. The USI website will include the latest available quarterly data and annual data.
Quarterly data will cover the following periods:
